1. Agreement to Terms
By using Payrista, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
2. Use License
You may not:
- Modify or copy our software
- Reverse engineer our system
- Transfer the service to another party
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Interfere with or disrupt our service
3. Credits & Payment
- New users receive 30 free credits
- Credits consumed per action (Time In/Out: 2 credits, Generate Payroll: 10 credits)
- Purchase additional credits or upgrade to unlimited plan
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds available within 30 days for unused credits
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Verifying payroll data before distribution to employees
- Ensuring accurate employee information (SSS, TIN, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Reviewing payroll previews before finalizing
- Compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
5. Limitation of Liability
Payrista provides software "as-is." We are not liable for:
- Errors from incomplete or inaccurate data you provide
- Payroll generated without user verification
- Tax calculation errors due to outdated employee information
- System downtime (we maintain 99.9% uptime SLA)
Your use of Payrista is at your own risk. You are ultimately responsible for payroll compliance.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
