Follow these when you are completing a full process
These are practical sequences users can follow when they are unsure what to do first, what to review, and what comes next.
Run payroll correctly from start to finish
- 1Confirm branches, employees, salaries, and contribution settings are complete.
- 2Create or select the payroll period for the cutoff.
- 3Review attendance logs, schedules, work filings, holidays, and service charge entries.
- 4Generate payroll, then open Payroll Preview to check gross pay, deductions, net pay, and warnings.
- 5Add one-time payslip adjustments only after verifying the computation.
- 6Release or email payslips after final review.
Set up employee time tracking
- 1Create the branch and confirm attendance rules such as grace period and break settings.

Handle leave, overtime, holidays, and approvals
